Section 3
Foundation Establishment – ​​

(1) The National Institute of Medical Sciences has been established for high-level study and research in the field of medical science.
(2) The head office of the institution will be in Kathmandu Valley.
(3) The institution shall be called National Academy of Medical Sciences in English language.
